2023 Entry

Night Raven's Wail

Too fast, the blossom goes,

As the day rains and the night blows.

The petals fall. as the tears shed.

It will never, ever be the same.

Life is full of sorrows,

Like the river always flows.

By Jessica Xing, adapted from Wu Ye Ti

2023 Entry

Early Morning in Spring

As Spring sleeps l do not see dawn.
Though everywhere l hear birdsong!
Last night came the sound of wind and rain.
Who knows how many flowers have fallen?

By Maggie Li, adapted from Chun Xiao

2023 Entry

The Tomb Bed

I know that eternal sleep is befalling

by not means grieving.

My wish in pine forest is placing.

Sea is laying below my ambivalence, showing like pool at a distance.

Sunset with me steadily.

- Life has gone already

as the era is lengthening

Squeeze myself naturally

-in dormancy.

Passersby dwarf the branches.

Passersby waken the branches.

By Kelly Chen, adapted from Mu Chuang
